Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our practices regarding returns and refunds:

Unsure if your design is print-ready or need adjustments? Contact our customer service before ordering. We're here to assist with design to guarantee the best possible outcome.


Samples

If you're uncertain about how a design will look on a shirt, consider ordering a single sample before placing a bulk order. This way, you can be sure your final order meets your expectations.


Size Matters

We provide size charts for every item due to the lack of standardization across manufacturers. Compare these measurements with your favorite shirt to choose the right size and avoid surprises.


Timing is Key

We pride ourselves on quick production, but we can't control shipping times. If you're on a tight schedule, a quick chat with our service team can clarify delivery expectations.


Check Your Order

Upon placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please review it immediately to ensure all details are correct, as changes may not be possible once production begins.


Complaints & Returns

We strive for perfection, but if we slip up, we're here to make it right. If your order has production faults or errors caused by us, get in touch with our customer service immediately. We offer the following solutions:

  • Reproduction: We'll remake your item, error-free, at no extra cost.
  • Voucher: Receive a voucher for the value of the problematic item, redeemable on your next purchase.
  • Refund: We'll refund your money, no questions asked.


Custom Items Return

Each printed item is uniquely made for you, making it impossible to resell. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on custom-printed goods unless there's a mistake on our part. For unprinted items (blanks), returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please coordinate with our customer service before returning anything.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your items.
  2. Items should be in their original condition.
  3. Upon returning an item, you'll receive a voucher equal to the value of the returned goods.
  4. Items returned because they're not to your liking will be donated or recycled, depending on their condition. We're saddened by waste, as cotton is a natural resource that requires significant effort to produce.
