What is DTG printing?
The term comes from the English "Direct To Garment", this technique consists of printing a design directly onto the textile using an inkjet printer (special fabric) and from a digital file.

First of all, it is important to know that the textile used must be composed of 70% cotton. As this is not possible for all textiles, a pre-treatment is carried out before printing. The latter is carried out to ensure the best possible rendering.
The printing process varies depending on the color of the fabric. Indeed, the shade of the textile can change the appearance of the rendering.
On light clothing, printing is done directly. The colors are injected directly into the fibers of the textile for a smooth, matte and uniform rendering.
On colored clothing, a white undercoat is first applied, then the printing can be done. The white undercoat helps to preserve the brightness of the colors for a slightly raised rendering.
