What is screen printing transfer?
Screen printing transfer is the same principle as screen printing but not directly on the fabric. The pattern is printed with screen printing ink on an adhesive plastic support. It is then pressed onto the textile, in the same way as flocking.
Benefits :
Screen printing transfer is a method to use if you want to keep a perfect rendering over time. Unlike DTG printing, screen printing transfer remains over time, even after many washes.
This method has a great advantage that is not negligible. Indeed, the screen printing transfer adapts to sensitive supports such as umbrellas, windbreakers... There is a flexible silicone transfer for sports leggings for example.
Unlike other printing techniques, transfer clothing can be washed at 60° compared to 30° for other techniques.
There is a transfer that prevents color migration, that is, it is possible to print a black hoodie without the white transfer turning gray. In fact, the subliblocker has a double anti-migration layer. This layer protects the logo from possible migration of color pigments from the textile.
Why choose screen printing transfer?
Screen printing transfer is possible only from 20 pieces and in 4 different colors. The cost is interesting and not too high.
The transfer ensures deep and vibrant colors.
